As a Campaign Media Executive you will oversee the operational delivery of direct mail, email and media campaigns to more2 clients




Opportunity:



Campaigns/mailing; You oversee and have operational ownership for your clients' direct mail campaign projects, in terms of customer lists. With input from client strategy you understand client objectives, segmentation, creatives, testing, and oversee delivery requirements Media (scope tbd); you manage the day to day delivery of client's Media campaigns, working with seniors to make informed recommendations and build Media plans

You own critical paths for delivery;You are responsible for delivering accurate briefs and selections with a rationale to support themYou are responsible for coordinating with other teams to ensure key milestones and final outputs are delivered on timeYou proactively identify risks. You act on these in terms of mitigation, communication and/or escalation You practice and promote effective and efficient ways of working Constructive relationships are built with clients and internal teams within more2, and team members feel supported by you Any campaign issues are investigated quickly, resolutions communicated clearly, escalations raised where needed, with clients' best interests first You are committed to learning and understanding the core principles of campaign/media planning and how these fit into more2 as a whole and the clients' overall marketing mix All your presentations, media plans and deliverables meet and aim to exceed the requirements and needs of the client. They demonstrate clear thinking, insight and recommendations

Responsibilities




Campaigns



Display project management and problem-solving capabilityJobs are scheduled in advance, for the season aheadKick-off meetings are scheduled in advance for each campaign project, working back from target delivery dateLooking to solve the root cause of delays or errors, so that timeliness and accuracy are maintained at high level Setting up briefs for clients as per expected best practice, & successfully own the on-boarding of new clients Understand and apply different segmentation approaches and models applicable to campaigns Takes on understanding of selection hierarchies per client, able to both apply this in making selections, and to rationalise it (with input from client strategy) Able to effectively QC own and others work, in briefs and selectionsYou display comfort with numbers and can work with large quantitative datasets To effectively prioritise workload, including tasks and communications, handling this with the best reasonable client outcome in mindArrive for meetings on time and prepared, having understood the objectives and deliverables from the meetingYou communicate proactively, clearly, and are engaged with stakeholders, including client, client strategy, and data production amongst others.Awareness of when others are in need of help and offer your help and time where possible To contribute in internal meetings where appropriate and raise any questions you may have. You always leave meetings clear on your actions and actions required from others

Task Responsibilities

Comfortable with explaining roles of media channels and can identify the right one to recommend Have a good understanding of the variety of ways to measure media activity including both direct and brand Comfortable with core metrics used for forecasting client revenue and return e.g., RR%, AOV, Margin, Contribution
