We're looking for a campaign manager who has incredible interpersonal skills and deep digital expertise. You'll need to be able to provide incredible service to our creators and clients - so if you're a people person who can be relied upon for excellent communication then you tick this box.

You'll also need a basic understanding of digital campaigns - able to identify the difference between good social media content, and world-class social media content. You'll need to be organised, comfortable spinning lots of plates and determined to drive high standards throughout your work.

About The Role

Walk into the Hyped office on any given day and you'll find our team overseeing the talent side of more than fifty live brand campaigns for names as prestigious as Apple, F1, Gymshark, Starbucks, and Amazon. We work closely with our roster of creators to ensure their content is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. Our role is to make the talent process seamless, protecting the campaign's success while upholding Hyped's reputation for precision, reliability, and results.

This role is simple: you'll be responsible for managing those brand X talent partnerships, ensuring that content is delivered on time and to the exceptionally high standards that clients have come to expect of Hyped and our talent. This requires you to be a great communicator, as you will need to liaise between creators and clients - delivering not just the easy messages, but also the tough ones, with confidence and humility.

Who You Are

You have prior knowledge of the social media landscape. Maybe it's a background in influencer / social media marketing, content creation or talent management itself - we're looking for someone who already understands this world. You're a fantastic communicator. Professional enough to represent Hyped in meetings with blue-chip clients. Personable enough to form deep relationships. Smart enough to know what world-class service looks like. You're incredibly organised - the kind of person who others implicitly trust to confidently handle lots of problems all at once and never let anything slip through the cracks. You are comfortable solving problems on the fly. Hyped is a fast-paced environment, so we need creative solutions to any obstacles that arise - and we need them yesterday! You've got ambition by the bucketload. Whilst far from the biggest, we think that Hyped is well on its way to being the best in class in its sector. We only want to hire people who believe in the impossible - and then go out and make it happen.

Base Salary:

26-28k

Bonus:

Team bonus up to 15% of salary.
