are seeking a dynamic and experienced

EMEA Campaign Manager

to join our Strategic Campaigns team and help shape the future of marketing across 20+ countries.



As our EMEA Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-segment campaigns that support Ricoh's ambitious growth across four key areas:

Demand Generation, Brand & Reputation, Sales Enablement

, and

Customer Engagement

.



You will play a central role in translating go-to-market strategies into actionable, scalable campaigns that resonate across EMEA. Working closely with regional marketing leads, product experts, and external agencies, you'll deliver campaigns that balance consistency with local adaptability--supporting sales teams, partners, and our evolving portfolio across Workplace Experience, Process Automation, Print & Specialty Print, Cloud & Cyber.


What you will be doing


Lead the design and implementation of pan-EMEA campaigns aligned with strategic growth targets Collaborate across countries and functions to ensure campaign success across 20+ markets Develop compelling messaging and campaign frameworks with input from GTM and portfolio teams Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from content creation to performance monitoring Drive adoption of campaign materials across sales teams and distributor partners Oversee a 650K+ campaign budget and agency relationships to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimise tactics, and report on key KPIs (revenue, adoption, database growth)

What We Are Looking For


Extensive experience in campaign marketing, ideally in an EMEA or global capacity Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partners A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and project management skills Strong influencing and communication skills, especially in matrixed environments Experience navigating large, evolving organisations and aligning multiple stakeholders Familiarity with complex product portfolios and the B2B marketing landscape Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Fluency in English; other European languages a plus
