Based in East Molesey, England Sports Group is a forward-thinking, independent sports provider, The company has been coaching children in sports since 1991. Today, England Sports Group provides fantastic coaching for children in clubs, holiday camps, and classes at over 40 venues in Surrey and SW London with a variety of sports including but not limited to gymnastics, tennis, netball, football, rugby, basketball, and dance.

The Role Overview
As a Camp Director, you will be in a leadership role where your main duties will be as follows:
Overseeing the Camps and the Coaches
Delegating task to members of the team
Registering the Children
Adhering to Ofstead regulations
Maintaining Health and Safety within the camp
Liaising with parents and guardians
Being the face of the brand
Dealing with any issues in a timely and compassionate manner
Complete daily tasks to ensure camp runs efficiently, including site tours, equipment checks, and managing staff team
Delegate tasks to members of your team to ensure the workload is completed
Conduct staff briefings to ensure communication is shared among the team (within the staff's working day)
Communicate and support your team to ensure camp runs smoothly
Point of contact for school liaison
Running camp morning talk
Holiday Camps run in the school holidays Monday to Friday 8 to 5, with arrival time of 7:45am (minimum of 4 weeks commitment between July and August). Must be available for the whole of Easter Camp.
Requirements
21 years old minimum
DBS checked - this can be done in the joining process (must be enhanced)
Paediatric First Aid Training with Certificate
Safeguarding Level 3 Training with Certificate
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Enjoys working with children
You must be eligible to work in the UK
You must be currently living within a commutable distance
Relevant Qualification in Sport or Education
