What You'll Be Doing:

Represent a wide range of clients across multiple industries -- from tech to retail to non-profits Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to engage customers, provide information, and drive campaign success Follow campaign scripts and strategies while tailoring conversations to customer needs Hit (and exceed) individual and team sales targets -- with support every step of the way Track interactions and outcomes accurately in our CRM systems Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer trends
What We're Looking For:

A strong communicator with a clear, confident phone manner A natural problem-solver who enjoys fast-paced environments Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or call centres is a plus -- but not required Resilience, adaptability, and a can-do attitude are must-haves Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new software
