Position Overview: As a Call Center Agent at Switch Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing top-notch service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and performance goals.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
