Our Client is looking for a Calibration Engineer, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of various measuring and testing equipment.

Job Title: Calibration Engineer

Job Summary: As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for calibrating, testing, and maintaining various measuring and testing equip-ment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality control, research and development, and production processes by providing accurate measurements and data.

Responsibilities:

• Calibrate a wide range of measurement and testing equipment, including but not limited to pressure gauges, temperature sensors, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes, flow meters, and more.
• Develop calibration procedures and protocols based on established standards and specifications.
• Perform routine and scheduled calibrations, as well as troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to ensure accurate measurement.
• Document calibration results, adjustments made, and any deviations from standards.
• Maintain calibration records and certificates to meet regulatory and quality compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to identify and address calibration-related challenges.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or repairs as needed to maintain accuracy.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to equipment calibration and quality control.
• Stay updated on industry standards, new calibration techniques, and advancements in measurement technology.
