Caf\xc3\xa9 & Farm Shop supervisor Part time/Full time \xc2\xa322,165 pro rata We are a local charity which has food and community at the heart of the project. Within the hub there is a Caf\xc3\xa9 with 80 covers, small farm shop alongside a busy event programme. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers and creating a warm and welcoming environment for local people. This role would oversee the day to day running of the front of the hub, you would be the face of the hub. Greeting customers, maintaining a high level of customer service. Training and managing our front of house staff alongside working closely with the Hub Manager and other supervisors to ensure all areas of the hub runs smoothly. As part of your role you would also oversee the running of events. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, great customer service skills and motivational. As the Cafe & Farm Shop Supervisor you will: \xc2\xb7 Manage all day-to-day operations alongside and deputise for the Hub Manager. \xc2\xb7 Supervise, train, and develop your team. \xc2\xb7 Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front. \xc2\xb7 Maintain high standards, compliance, and company systems & procedures. \xc2\xb7 Help to manage stock, order stock and control wastage. \xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements 2 years minimum experience as supervisor, team leader or manager (essential) 3 years minimum experience working in hospitality.
