Job Description
Manager required at Pavillion Cafe.
The job will entail but not limited to;
Day to day running of the Cafe/ Ice cream counter (including rota's, ordering, SFBB, sales/wages management)
Serving ice creams and cleaning ice cream machines
Preparing food & Coffee's
Staff training
Ordering
Cashing up
Due to the location and weather dependant hours vary throughout the year, with more hours during the summer. This is a Seasonal position, normally from February until November.
As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service. Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will focus on team management, food safety, and maintaining high standards. With core skills in hospitality and leadership, you will guide your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Experience within a food environment is desirable.
