We are seeking a skilled assistant manager to join our team, We are an Australian brunch cafe in Notting Hill. We are looking for someone with a lively personality and who has a passion for customer service, coffee and hospitality.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Barista experience is needed.
Latte art.
Knowledge of dialling in coffee machine and recipes.
Customer service: you will also be expected to serve customers, work the till and take orders from tables. At our cafe we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in a supervisor role.
Ability to lead and set an example for staff.
Valid UK visa.
Experience in a fast paced cafe environment.
Ability to work as a team and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and service a variety of coffee ensuring high quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain and instruct others to keep the cafe in an organised and clean state.
Good communication with the team and your manager.
Lead and motivate the team to keep standards at the highest possible level.
Provide support to your manager with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks and performance tracking.
Foster and positive and collaborative work environment.
