Voisin is your friendly neighbourhood cafe and bar, serving brunch and lunch and dinner through to early evening, with a great selection of wines, beers and cocktails. We also have a private funtion room and host regular music, commedy, pyschic and quiz nights to name a few. This venue has already become a firm favourite within the community as it transforms from day to night to offer something different for everyone. We are looking for a supervisor to join our growing team here in Voisin, you must have a warm and friendly character, and have the ability and knowledge of working in a food and drink environment and be able to build a great connection with the team and the local community. You would be joining an independent restaurant company set up by two guys with years of experience in the Hospitality industry, they have bags of passion, and at the heart of this and everything they do is a genuine love of good food and drink and hospitality, if you also share this passion then we want to hear from you! This is a hands on role and you will be expected to have experience running shifts and managing teams in a food and drink focused environment. This is ideal for someone that is looking to develop their career and has great attention to detail, as well as a passion for delivering amazing food and drink, along with great customer service and an overall exceptional experience for our customers. Who we are looking for; Our supervisors are hands on, have a warm and friendly personality, and have the ability to manage the shift in the absence of a manager. You must be able to demonstrate that you have great attention to detail, as well as being passionate about food and drink and our people. As a supervisor you would be expected to support the running of shifts, run shifts, manange the teams, be able to carry out the opening duties and closing duties which will involve being a key holder for the openings and closings and you will be expected the complete the daily cash off and due dillegence procedures on the shifts you lead. Additional:

• A strong all-rounder with excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to build, energised, develop and engage team members.
• Passionate about delivering great service and maintaining high standards.
• Experience working with cocktails and in a busy bar
• A foodie who loves learning new things
• A proper grafter, someone that is not afraid of hard work and takes pride in their work.
• The usual financial stuff\xe2\x80\xa6 (we can teach all of that for the right person) but be savvy about managing the costs of the business.
• You must be an ambassador for the business and be able to be part of and engage the community surrounding the cafe bar.

Please note that Voisin is open from 9am every day and closes at 9.30pm on Sunday to Tuesday, closes at 11.30pm on Wednesday and Thursdays and on a Friday and Saturday it closes at 1am.
