Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy coffee shop within a large office building who are looking for a Caf\xc3\xa9 Supervisor to join their busy team.

Our client is a busy coffee shop / caf\xc3\xa9 within a large office building in a great location in Bournemouth, which is on easy public transport links. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the buzz of a Hospitality role, but the work/life balance of a Monday to Friday environment!
What\xe2\x80\x99s involved?
As Caf\xc3\xa9 Supervisor, you will lead shifts in a coffee shop which serves around 700 customers per day; mainly coffee and grab & go food. You will help to train and motivate a team, ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, cashing up, and will offer the professional and efficient service at all times.
