The Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient staff management, and regulatory compliance. This position is central to maintaining our reputation as an authentic South Indian dining destination.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Staff scheduling, and training.
?Maintain inventory control and supplier coordination.
?Handle efficiently and effectively the online platforms (Uber Eats, Just eats, Deliveroo and foodhub) to grow the business sales
?Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
?Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
?Support marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
?Degree/diploma in Hospitality or Business Management.
2-3 years' experience in a managerial role within hospitality.
? ?Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.
Worker must meet B1 English language requirement as per Appendix Skilled Worker.
Strong Malayalam-speaking skills.
Key Competencies
Proven team leadership and organisational skills.
? ?Knowledge of South Indian dining and customer service.
? ?Budgeting and financial performance tracking.
? ?Sound grip on software such as Uber Eats, Just Eats, Deliveroo & Foodhub.
