Skirlington Coast in East Yorkshire, is entering an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership, and we are looking for a passionate Cafe & Supermarket Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team whose role it is to deliver exceptional service across two functions - our Supermarket (Nisa) & Cafe, serving hot and cold meals and snacks.

Given the two operations are joined and run side by side, your team will be multiskilled and not just be able to work across these two areas but also support in the wider F&B operation where required.

You will be instrumental in driving service standards, maximising sales opportunities and managing stock and you'll be exceptional at building strong relationships to deliver a consistent and trusted service to all owners and guests that you meet.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.

Managing stock, suppliers, and budgets to maximise profitability.

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety.

Driving retail and food sales with creative ideas and promotions.

Training and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

About you

Experience in hospitality or retail management.

A natural leader with excellent communication skills.

Passion for creating a fantastic experience - at Unity, Experience is Everything! Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
