As a Cafe Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. You'll assist with various tasks, from serving food to maintaining cleanliness and organisation. Key Responsibilities Customer Service

Teamwork

? Assist in training new team members when needed. Cleaning & Organisation
? Keep the cafe clean and tidy, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
? Follow cleaning schedules for equipment, counters, and dining areas.
? Organise and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
General Duties
? Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
? Handle food safely, adhering to allergen and hygiene protocols.
? Represent the cafe with a respectful and professional attitude at all times.
