Estates and Facilities are seeking to recruit a CAD Technician to support the delivery of the University\'s Capital and revenue project programme and to offer support to the Estates and Facilities Service, in particular, Property Services by taking responsibility for updating and retaining accurate Estates drawings and space information along with the preparation of suitable drawings to enable service provision and to support project management.

You will be Qualified to Computer Aided Design Level 2, or equivalent standard, along with a minimum of three years\' relevant experience in the use of AutoCAD software. As well as being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office as evidenced by an IT qualification or demonstrable experience, you will also be educated to a minimum standard of education demonstrated by GCSEs at Grade C/ Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent/ higher qualifications.
