WHAT TO EXPECT

Geometric Data is key to the success of JLR\'s physical & virtual vehicle validation. It is the foundation on which our fantastic vehicles are created.

As a CAD Quality Analyst, you will be a core part of the delivery of the virtual series & prototype operations.

You will have the opportunity to ensure that we deliver exceptional products to our customers with quality by proactively identifying any potential issues in our Engineering Data, early in the development phase, so that we can resolve them at the right time.

A key focus will be driving the compatibility of our CAD.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Day to day, you will have the privilege of working on our future vehicles.

You will be accountable for:

• Inspecting the geometry to identify potential issues.
• Ensuring issues are understood by our engineers and captured in a clear and understandable way.
• Working with cross functional teams, presenting in CAD reviews, explaining issues, and supporting with issue resolution.

• Ability to simplify information and clearly communicate to others, in person and through documentation in writing.
• Experience in managing a preassigned list of activities and delivering work based on a set priority.

• Experience and confidence working independently and as part of a team. Can evidence examples of both solo and collaborative working.
• Technically curious and confident in learning new skills.
