We are looking for a CAD Lead to join our Building Services - MEP team at Telehouse, London.



Working as a CAD Lead you will manage the CAD & Technical Information elements of the project.

What you'll do:



Customer design consultant management and output delivery CAD system and drawing management / maintenance, updating all change requirements and / or modifications on job / project / task tracking databases Drawing and document protection & handling Compliance of company and project documentation in accordance with agreed standards and processes, meeting the requirements and standards of the contract Draw and document tracking Asset data collection, recording & tracking Assist other Technical Services colleagues with any ad-hoc administration when requested and agreed by your line manager

What you'll bring to the role:





Excellent Knowledge and skills in the AutoCAD suite of applications Strong BIM 365 knowledge, skill and experience Great MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & PowerBI with the ability to create appropriate solutions as required Excellent numeracy, literacy & computer skills with an aptitude to learn quickly and develop new methodologies Excellent interaction, communication & presentation skills with the ability to work across a wide range of levels and knowledge Knowledge of information & document control methods or an aptitude to quickly acquire this An understanding of asset management systems and the value to a Data Centre projects
