Job Description

To provide quotations, shape drawings and technical support to customers.

Role Responsibilities:

Process new customer enquiries including feasibility study Liaise with production, engineering and die tool departments regarding feasibility, design and tolerancing of profiles Liaise with customers regarding profile application and design to ensure an acceptable solution to our customer's requirements Produce working extrusion shape technical drawings. Produce working 2D / 3D supporting fabrication drawings. Understand and follow Product Approval process for new enquiries. Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Understanding and supporting of quality procedures / Romidot QA Processes.

Skills & Knowledge:

Good English skills both orally and written. Good level of Microsoft Office and IT competence. Must be familiar with Autocad or other 2D CAD software, Inventor 3D modelling draughting software a bonus. An understanding of Engineering drawings and principles. Good knowledge of plant processes. Flexible and willing to do "ad-hoc" work outside of normal office hours Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good work ethic and drive to complete work Good time-management skills Ability to multi-task Critical-thinker and problem-solver
