The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with daily accounting tasks and support the financial operations across various branches in Bristol, Warwick, and the Greater London Area.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the accounts payable process and monthly payment runs Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Prepare and input staff expenses Conduct monthly credit control duties Prepare and maintain financial reports Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and timely Assist with month-end and year end closing procedures Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum 2 years previous relevant experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Good MS Office experience Excellent communication, approachable and friendly nature
