Job Description
The Best Connection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Buyer to join one of our prestigious clients located in the Berkeley area of Scunthorpe.
This is an ongoing position that will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.
- Work with logistics teams to coordinate the movement of goods.
