This role balances specialist knowledge with a willingness to learn. You'll be working with different meat types from, Beef, Lamb, Poultry and Chicken. Completing work to customer specifications and to the highest standards will be key to your success. This is a role focused on personal growth and exceptional service. And your dedication to develop your skills will find a natural home in a business that thrives on shared achievement. If you are organised, physically fit, and have specialist butchering experience talk to us.

Skills and experience

This is where your skills and experience really make a difference. You're someone who takes pride in their work, with previous experience of completing customer orders to their preferred requirements. You'll be passionate about honing your craft and you'll treat every job with the same exceptional standards. You'll have knowledge of meat preparation and cuts and be willing to embrace training opportunities to continually develop your skills. You'll be physically fit, able to use hand tools, lift heavy items and work in cold environments and be enthusiastic and self-motivated to work independently.
