The post will assist in the management and letting of a diverse multi-let commercial, industrial and office property portfolio (including Enterprise Hubs) owned by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council.The successful candidate will be supporting the Business & Innovation Team with a variety of duties including the undertaking of industrial unit viewings to prospective business tenants and arranging any pre let works required. Inspections of vacant Council owned industrial, office and enterprise hubs to ensure compliance for insurance purposes. To monitor business tenancy renewals and income generation from the Councils industrial property portfolio, and to inspect occupied business units where necessary.This is a perfect opportunity for anyone with an interest in general business support, commercial lettings/real estate management and local economic development, as the role is extremely diverse and rewarding.Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.
