A world-renowned Charity is seeking an exceptional Business Systems Functional Lead to join their growing IT team. You\'ll be working on huge projects that will have significant impact across the organisation, as they upscale their technology offering with superb functionality.

You must:
- have significant knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally F&SC or F&O
- be a competent user of Microsoft Azure
- be confident when dealing with stakeholders, strategic partners and 3rd party personnel of varying seniority with exceptional people skills
- be knowledgeable on new and future releases and consult on opportunities to optimise core products
- deliver solutions and integrations
- work closely with your fellow IT colleagues on implementations of PowerPlatform and Power BI solutions - regarding workflow and reporting/visualisations
- support the wider company with Dynamics 365 customisations
- advocate for Agile ways of working

Success is measured on:
- A robust and well-managed landscape for Dynamics 365 and Oracle
- Continuous improvement of core IT business systems and processes
- Stakeholders kept informed of issues, changes and timelines
- Well-documented and logged implementations in a timely manner

Skills required:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (3+ years)
- Data processing, business processes and software applications
- Implementation of complex accounting structures in Dynamics 365 for Finance
- Creating reports using financial reporting tool
- Design complex ERP centric solutions
- Managing security administration within Dynamics 365
- Issue resolution within Task Recorder within Dynamics 365 applications
- Azure DevOps
- Writing User Cases
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance functions
- Exceptional analysis skills, combining business processes with functional requirements
- Experience within a large global entity project environment
