This is a new role created to design, develop, and implement, a new business process to support stock management and customer order fulfilment as well as the delivery of improved manufacturing processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
Engaging with operational staff to benchmark current processes, identifying areas for process improvement and stock management.
Develop and lead implementation of improvements in warehouse layout, floor layout, administration processes and documentation flows.
Evaluation and digitalisation of stock management and customer order management.
Installation and configuration of stock management and customer order systems.
Develop and implement strategies to manage stock, improve processes, and enhance efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to develop new training content for staff.
Staff training and development
Project management, monitoring and evaluation.
The successful graduate will
lead
this project, in a supportive partnership with Atlantic Technological University (ATU) and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen's University Belfast as part of the employment offering.

Essential Criteria:
Minimum 2:2 degree in, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems or other relevant discipline.
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Project management experience.
Must be legally entitled to work in Northern Ireland; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Northern Ireland you
must
upload a copy of it with your application.
Desirable Criteria:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Formal project management training.
Experience in stock and warehouse management
Experience in an ecommerce environment
Experience in implementing production process improvements as lead or part of team.
Knowledge of operations management, order management system and database development.

Contract length: 15 months
Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
