Business Support Assistant required to join a family owned and run, vibrant recruitment agency based in Warwick on a Permanent basis paying in the region of \xc2\xa324,000 per annum.

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant who has the lively and friendly personality to match our current team whilst maintaining a professional yet approachable manner to always put our clients and customers first! Ideally you will have experience in Administration within an office environment however those who are looking for a new challenge with strong computer and customer service skills will definitely be considered!!!

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team within a Business Support Assistant position to support our team of consultants in Administration, Payroll, Resourcing and PR & Marketing.

The successful Business Support Assistant will spend an initial training period based at the office in Warwick, with a hybrid model of working introduced after a successful probation period offering 2 days remote working (the office is always open, so this is your choice!).

The key duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Assistant:

  • Working closely with the whole business providing support within various functions including;
  • Administration
  • Payroll
  • Resourcing
  • Lead generation
  • PR & Marketing
  • Management Accountancy
  • Provide appropriate business support to enable the wider team to operate as effectively as possible
  • Support the Payroll function by preparing payroll and timesheet entry of Temporary Workers and providing assistance to the Payroll Manager when required.
  • Supporting the consultant teams with resourcing of suitable candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Using your creativity and flair to produce job specifications and adverts for various job roles and develop content for social media platforms to increase Apex\xe2\x80\x99s reach
  • Identifying potential client leads and share your research with the consultants to drive new business
  • Keep us in line! - Ensure that all members of the team comply fully with all ISO 9001: 2015 requirements
Working hours:

Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm & Friday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 3pm
