Our client based in Wickwar, Gloucestershire are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Wickwar Teams through the provision of a wide range of administrative and business support related tasks.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Provide front office support
-Dealing with telephone calls for the Wickwar and Great Yarmouth sites ensuring full coverage during core hours.
-Greeting and directing visitors ensuring they are correctly signed in/out and all H&S and Covid19 requirements are adhered to.
-Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
-Prepare conference rooms for meetings including organising refreshments and lunches.
-Manage and maintain stationery supplies
-Support with office filing and archiving including managing external archiving support services.
-Booking meeting rooms and organising lunches for internal and external meetings.
-Booking travel and accommodation for staff.
-Organising travel related documents such as passports as visas.
-Manage & agree contracts with providers for non-operational support services including grounds maintenance, cleaning, security etc.
-Ensure services provided by non-operational support services are undertaken to a high standard and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
-Ensure basic facilities such as water and heating are well maintained.
-Manage utilities contracts ensuring they are cost effective accurately invoiced and managing contract renewals/changes to services as required.
-Manage and control the issue of keys, cards and fobs to employees and other authorised personnel.
-Manage office resources ensuring they meet business needs at all times i.e. desks, phones, meeting rooms etc.
-Support with AIMS document management including uploading, amending and removal of documents.
-Control of Vendors, to include checking of certification and questionnaires from new suppliers.

Hours- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week including a 3.30pm finish on a Friday!
Salary- Up to \xc2\xa325,000 + 25 days holidays, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Health Cash Plan and Free Parking.
