An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Administrator to work within our busy Occupational Health Team on a 1-year fixed term contract. You will have experience of undertaking a variety of admin tasks, including financial and data entry, with experience of using common Microsoft Office packages, eg. Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook. An eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential data are also essential. The post requires someone who is able to process data via Excel, with experience of using databases. It would also be advantageous to have proven ability to develop basic systems and processes to contribute effectively to the efficiency of the service. In return, you will receive full training in the use of the various in-house systems, employee benefits such as the flexitime scheme, and the chance to contribute to improving outcomes for people requiring healthcare support. The post would offer relevant insight and experience for someone interested in HR, data management and the running of a busy department.
