About The RoleBUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - Permanent role
DIVISION: Central
LOCATION: Hillsborough, Northern IrelandBenefits: Subsidised Private Medical Cover; Life Assurance Scheme, Contributory Pension, 35 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays) + moreDue to a period of growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Business Process Analyst to join our Hillsborough based team.
The successful Business Process Analyst will provide business management services to the department and wider business by:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve business solutions
  • Acting as engagement contact between IT and business stakeholders
  • Working closely with the specific functions/departments, to ensure our system capabilities are fully exploited and provide added value to function/department and overall business
  • Acting as contact point between system provider, business functions/departments and all other IT colleagues and be responsible for ongoing exploitation
  • Adhering to ISO27001 standards and PMO agreed Process from Project Management, specifications, testing and UAT, training and process mapping
  • Supporting the design, implementation and deployment of new Business Systems
  • Ensuring training and documentation requirements are fulfilled
Technical CompetenciesEssential
  • 3rd level qualification in related field or relevant business experience
Additional Information
  • Some occasional travel to other sites may be necessary
  • Provision of application support, outside normal working hours may be required to minimise business disruption and downtime
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to consider remote working for this post - It is office based.
