We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team at HMP Gartree, a category B mens Prison located in LeicestershireHoursThe site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pmSalaryThis position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to xc2xa342,648 per annum - depending on experience.How will we support you?

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.What you'll be doingAs a Business Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You willassist in the development of management information and reporting systems which will support managers (clinical and non-clinical) in the delivery of operational services.HMP Gartree are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and ability to provide support and guidance, in relation to Business, Quality and Performance. You will be responsible for completing reporting for the prison, working with senior management and informing senior operational management of any ongoing performance against the key service targets.You'll have to carry out general administrative duties within the prison, as well as working within set routines, policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive high quality service to the unit, and able to deal efficiently and courteously with patients and staff enquiries. • Business Management & Administration experience
• Good with Excel for data management & reports
• System One experience - desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
• Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
