Job Title: Administrator - 12 months fixed term contract
Location: Exeter / Crediton & Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 from home, plenty of flexibility!
Salary: \xc2\xa320,390 quickly rising to \xc2\xa321,330 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday - working hours fully flexible as long as meetings attended and work is completed!

The Role: This is a 12-month maternity leave cover role with the successful candidate starting as soon as possible to ensure a suitable a handover period.
As the Administrator you will be joining a small and friendly team of 3 in the Business Management Department. Using your excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, your main aim is to provide support to the Head of Business Management, along with team admin and support for the Finance Officer and Policy & Information Officer, covering a variety of duties.
Responsibilities include daily mailbox management, calendar and diary management, meeting agenda preparation and note/minute taking, setting up IT accounts for staff, updating company handbooks, creating and maintaining team documents, and any other administration needs.
This company has a hybrid working scheme where the employees work one day in the Crediton office, one in the Exeter office and the remaining three from home or remotely if desired. Additionally, as long your workload is completed and meetings are attended, you can work the hours that suit your lifestyle!
