Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 VAR

45-60k Base, uncapped OTE + Amazing Benefits

As a global IT Solution Provider, our client delivers best-of-breed solutions. To meet their growth initiatives, they have an exciting opening for a VAR experienced Business Development Manager to work in a hybrid capacity.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Build brand awareness
• Win new logo accounts
• Retain account wins (land and expand) and inherit house accounts
• Build and develop house account plans
• Sell across a variety of sectors
• Receive fantastic support from sales leadership
• Join a high-performing team
• Purchase and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers
• Work closely with tier-one vendors

The successful Business Development Manager will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

• Be on the way up in your career
• Possess 3+ years sales/account management VAR experience gained working with tier-one vendors
• Be a true hunter
• Demonstrate confidence, the ability to learn, and business acumen
• Understand/utilise marketing campaigns to drive results
• Show hunger, ambition, and a drive to make a name for yourself
• Team focussed
• Action-oriented and full of energy
• Knowledge of cyber security/cloud solutions is advantageous
