Hugely successful US law firm has an exciting opportunity for a newly promoted Business Development Manager or Business Development Specialist to lead on business development plans across their Corporate Finance groups for London & European regions.
The firm are prepared to offer the Business Development Manager a salary of 80k dependent on experience as well as offering a competitive benefits package including 33 days holiday per annum.
It is an exciting time to join the firm. They have hired a Director of Business Development for London & Europe who has exciting plans to evolve the existing BD structure for the UK and European regions. The Business Development Manager will support the newly appointed Senior Business Development Manager for the Corporate Transactions Group, who has fantastic pedigree on the global stage and the incoming BD Manager will collaborate with them as well as all senior BD Management and Partners in London.
Duties will typically involve leading on coaching and guidance to Partners in all aspects of thought leadership, client relationship management, generating new business leads and identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities. There is the support of a BD Coordinator as well as dedicated Bids, Marketing and PR teams. Additionally, there are a number of exciting projects planned to improve the firm\'s already world class reputation
The client requires the services of a legal industry experienced and newly promoted Business Development Manager or a Business Development Specialist ready to make their first move into a Manager role.
You will have a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 current law firm BD experience working with Partners in a City law firm, preferable focusing on corporate finance
You will possess strong academics, marketing qualifications as well as be results driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer. Additionally, you will be an exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for creative solutions to traditional challenges.
The firm operate on a hybrid working structure (3 days in offices close to Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street and 2 from home) on a full-time 9.30-5.30 basis.
