Business Development Manager - Telecoms \xc2\xb7 Belfast \xc2\xb7 On-The-Road \xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm \xc2\xb7 Salary - \xc2\xa340,000 with \xc2\xa345,000 + OTE The Company Our Client are an ambitious, forward-thinking global business who build transformative solutions for our customers to deliver best-in-class sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. Our Client are looking for a Business Development Manager, to win new telecoms solutions (Cloud Hosted Telephony business and mobile phone) contracts. They are an independent supplier and have access to market leading portfolios from key suppliers including Vodafone, EE, O2, NFON, Gamma and BT. The Role The Business Development Manager- Telecoms Solutions is a core sales team member. The role will involve selling our product portfolio across your territory in Ireland. We are seeking an individual who is seeking to invest in their career and learn from the experienced team at Radius to grow and develop within the role. \xc2\xb7 Engaging directly with executive level decision makers in a wide range of commercial business sector customers \xc2\xb7 Self-generating new sales opportunities as well as responding to sales leads created by our office-based teams \xc2\xb7 Selling our product portfolio across your territory \xc2\xb7 Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets \xc2\xb7 Develop strategic understanding of our existing and prospective new customers including size, turnover, key stakeholders, and business strategy \xc2\xb7 Work closely with product specialists (including key suppliers) and implementation team on all new customers \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring their journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional \xc2\xb7 Using your strong commercial acumen to create competitive, compelling proposals for our customers The experience and skills that we are looking for include: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally in field or B2B sales within Technical sales (IT/Telecom/Audio Visuals) \xc2\xb7 Full driving License required with access to a car insured for business travel purposes \xc2\xb7 Proven to be excellent at self-generating new business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Proven experience of closing sales opportunities and achieving allocated sales targets \xc2\xb7 Previous experience working within the telecoms sector (mobile phone, broadband, on premise or cloud-based telephony solutions) will be advantageous \xc2\xb7 A positive, ambitious, and committed approach What can you expect of us? \xc2\xb7 A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers. \xc2\xb7 A fast-growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovative \xc2\xb7 A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one. \xc2\xb7 A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive. \xc2\xb7 A car allowance is also included with the role.
