Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Fitness market trends and have the ability to develop strategic plans that align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Utilise HubSpot CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyse data.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software is highly desirable but not essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
