Aztec Oils Northern, part of one of the UK's leading lubricant manufacturers, is expanding! As a trusted supplier of high-performance lubricants across multiple industries, we're looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to help grow our customer base throughout Scotland, with a particular focus on the East Coast.

While the focus will be primarily to develop new business opportunities within our existing geographical market, there will also be an element of nurturing existing client relationships, promoting the full range of Aztec Oils premium lubricants and solutions across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target and secure new business opportunities
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and sub-distributors
Continual focus on winning new business and business growth
Identify opportunities to introduce new products and solutions to customers
Liaise with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service
Develop and expand technical product knowledge
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
A strong background in business development and account management
Relevant market experience although no real lubricant knowledge is required as training will be given
Self-disciplined and able to manage your own schedule
Full UK driving licence is essential
