Business Development Representative - SaaS

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join Korn Ferry Digital to focus on Korn Ferry Sell (Find out more ). We help organisations accelerate their revenue growth - with our Sales Effectiveness Solutions powered by Korn Ferry\'s Intelligence Cloud which embeds the proven sales methodology of Miller Heiman Group into SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Representing Korn Ferry Digital\'s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Sourcing and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services
  • Creating and prioritising target account lists within your defined territory, identifying and generating new business opportunities and, through in-depth qualification, progress the pipeline through the sales funnel
  • Utilising SalesForce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Act as the first line of communication with prospects
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Develop relationships internally and collaborate with the sales team to define, recommend, and drive sales

Professional Experience/Qualifications/Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Independent; self-driven; well organized; inspires confidence in others
  • Perseverance, Insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed
  • A keen interest in technology and how it helps our customers, up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development and/or outbound prospecting
  • Bachelor\'s degree desired. Advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
