Business Development Manager
to help bring our platform to even more forward-thinking businesses.
The Role
This is a
fully remote role
, ideally suited to someone based in the
Midlands
(Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield areas) for ease of customer visits.
You'll be a proactive sales professional with a consultative mindset -- identifying and converting new opportunities while also supporting and growing existing accounts. You'll play a key role in driving our expansion within the fleet and workshop sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of leads across fleet operators, workshops, and motor factors
Deliver compelling online demos and in-person presentations
Convert prospects into customers, managing onboarding with support from our internal team
Build and maintain lasting relationships, identifying upselling opportunities
Collaborate with product and support teams to share customer insights and enhance our platform
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales (Fleet, Automotive, or Workshop background is a major plus)
Confident communicator with strong consultative selling skills
Self-motivated and organised, with excellent time and territory management
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technology
Personable, ambitious, and passionate about delivering value to customers
