Yarway Group are looking for an experienced and tenacious BDM to join us during a period of growth and scale. We are looking for someone with specific experience in selling commercial courses and programmes to employers of various size and scale. Across the group, we provide a range of government funded training, as well as a commercial, full-costed offering, across leadership and management (through our subsidiary Active Learning and Development), as well health and social care and mandatory training (through our subsidiary Heathercroft Training Services). Working to sell and upsell our commercial programmes across our group of companies, you will be instrumental in supporting our organic growth strategy, working alongside the Directors and SLT, to develop compelling propositions as part of our full 360 sales offering and overall growth strategy. The post holder will be responsible for generating new business, identifying, targeting and converting a range of sales opportunities with local and national employers. Success in the post will be determined by the effective acquisition of employers to meet ambitious company targets and individual targets, and a robust engagement and consultation strategy for businesses to offer one of our many leadership and management, health and social care, or mandatory training packages, bespoked to their specific needs.
