Generate New Business.
Working closely with the Company Directors to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
Implementing \xe2\x80\x93 where relevant - national business plans.
Be the first line of commercial contact for new business.
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.
Performance Measurements:
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI\'s.
Deliver against distribution, volume and other commercial metrics.
Deliver product distribution growth.
Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.
The candidate:
Minimum of 3 successful years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven salesperson.
Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships.
Strong selling & negotiation skills \xe2\x80\x9cmore for more\xe2\x80\x9d.
Demonstrate solid business acumen.
Competent in using customer data systems.
Comfortably present to all levels.
Show strong organisational and time management skills.
Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.
