Job Description

Here at Starlight Digital, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team.

As our Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert high-quality leads into long-term clients. You will identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and work closely with our marketing and client services teams to ensure our PPC solutions are meeting the real-world needs of our clients.

You will be responsible for:

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and nurture qualified leads in target industries (e.g. lifestyle, e-commerce, travel).

Sales Pipeline Management:

Own the sales funnel from prospecting to closing, using CRM tools to track and optimise performance.

Outbound Sales:

Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to initiate conversations with decision-makers.

Inbound Conversion:

Respond to inbound leads and convert them into discovery calls and proposals.

Client Discovery & Consultations:

Understand potential clients' pain points and goals to recommend tailored Paid Media solutions, whether it's Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Amazon Ads, or any combination.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the strategy team to develop persuasive pitches and winning proposals.

Networking & Events:

Represent the agency at industry events, online webinars, and networking opportunities.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, paid media, and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.
You'll have:

3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within a digital marketing or Paid Media agency. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and digital marketing landscapes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated with a proactive, growth-driven mindset. Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Business acumen Demonstrable experience upselling/cross-selling other services
You'll receive:

For instance if you win a new client with fees up to 5k per month, you will receive 5% of this for the entire duration of the contract. If fees are up to 20k, you will receive 7.5%. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
