We have big plans to continue growing the business, our products, our technology and our people. About the role The Business Development team represents LendInvest to the Intermediary market. This role involves engaging with brokers, directly authorised and appointed representatives, directly or via the Clubs and Networks that they may belong to across Midlands and South West regions. Your role is to raise awareness about LendInvest, and the Business Development team are expected to build relationships and to source new business from brokers initially allocated by postcode to them. Your key responsibility will be to educate and add value to these brokers whilst promoting the LendInvest product suite in conjunction with the systems, process and culture. The main focus of this role will be to work with the existing panel and build a panel of brokers who will consistently place business with LendInvest. You will have a strong, confident knowledge of the product offerings, BTL, Specialist Homeowner, Bridge and Development along with the market and competitors. In particular, you will be:
