Business Development Manager - London
Are you a highly passionate and motivated Commercial Sales professional? Granada Glazing are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and grow a new and existing client base.

Success in this role involves leveraging your extensive experience in the commercial sales industry to grow and develop client relationships. You'll be a driven self-motivator, and excellent communicator who can bring energy to the role and have a business winning mentality.
Responsibilities
Revenue generation and relationship building - Generate enquiries and utilise lead generation tools. Build and maintain solid working relationships with key decision makers.
Vet and validate new enquiries.
Marketing and brand promotion - strategically targeting key sectors and individuals, collaborating with the Marketing team to refine communication strategies.
Commercial acumen - Credit checks, understanding of contracts, terms, scopes of works and proposed programmes.
Reporting, Administration and professionalism - Maintain an updated CRM system. Regularly follow up on quotations, and track projects. Provide sales forecasts based on specific principles.
Experience
Commercial sales experience, dealing with Main Contractors, Housing associations and Local Authorities.
Proven success in a business development role, with a track record of achievements.
Good established network, and good negotiation skills.
Excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Results-driven, with a winning mentality.
Location
London, central or surrounding areas. Home based, with daily visits and monthly meetings at Head office in Sheffield.
