As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting and developing new business in your target market, pursuing leads and managing the sales process from enquiry to successful agreement
Managing large contracts with large organisations across multiple sites, providing a consultative sales approach when dealing with customers
Clear understanding of your target market, projects and potential customers
Implement a sales strategy to attract candidates in the market, giving a competitive edge on competitors
Report to the Business Development Director, working closely with them to plan how to open doors with prospective customers in the market to grow market share
Travel to meet customers face to face, delivering presentations and selling our clients service successfully
Dealing with Senior Stakeholders, Procurement Teams and Tender processes
Manage pipeline efficiently and report accurately using the CRM

Proven experience selling the Construction sector is highly desirable
Strong track record B2B sales experience is essential for this role
Solutions and Consultative sales approach, managing large complex deal sizes with multi-site or large organisations

Strong presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel across the UK
