The Role
We're looking for a motivated and confident
Business Development Manager
to join our B2B team. You'll be responsible for driving growth by demonstrating the value of our software to training providers of all sizes, nurturing leads, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, is comfortable presenting to decision-makers, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online product demos to training providers, tailored to their specific needs and challenges
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, proposal, and closing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in sectors including education, healthcare, apprenticeships, and corporate training
Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM and report on pipeline activity
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from prospects and help shape future features
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or training
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in delivering demos to both small businesses and large organisations
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to hit targets
Ability to adapt your approach depending on the size and sector of the client
Organised and tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs and online meeting tools
Desirable
Knowledge of the training provider landscape (e.g. apprenticeships, AEB, private and public funded training)
Experience selling to public sector clients such as the NHS or local authorities
What We Offer
35,000 - 45,000 base salary depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure (OTE 45,000 - 55,000+)
