Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 ENT/Audiology

Star OUTiCO is recruiting for an exciting position of a Business Development Manager! Our client is a leading hearing implant company, who are passionate about bringing the sounds of life to people with hearing loss.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the growth and delivery of sales across the Emerging Technologies product portfolio, working to eliminate hearing loss as a barrier to communication.

Key Accountabilities:

• To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the growth and delivery of sales across the whole product portfolio, working to eliminate hearing loss as a barrier to communication
• Develop and nurture relationships with various customer stakeholders, enabling the company to build on its outstanding reputation, and to develop new business opportunities
• Provide customers with the most up to date product and scientific information
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the product portfolio marketing and sales strategies
• Strategic account planning, building engaging commercial proposals thereby growing the portfolio opportunity pipeline and sales revenue

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Surgical device sales experience (Preferably in ENT and including capital equipment and implants)
• with a proven track record of territory sales growth
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders including surgeons, procurement, and nursing staff
• Understanding of the NHS and the various routes to market
• Experience with product launches and bringing new products to market
• Strong commercial acumen
• A proven self-starter
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Agility in adapting to manage changing priorities
• IT Literacy \xe2\x80\x93 MS Office Suite & Customer Relationship Management system
• A proactive nature
