Business Development Manager

FANTASTIC opportunity for a driven & entrepreneurial \'Business Development Manager\', wanting to join an excellent drinks business & play a fundamental part in their quickly growing team!

New Chapter are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, global drinks business as they seek a sales-driven individual to represent one of their subsidiary brands (Wine)!

As \'Business Development Manager\' no day will be the same! You\'ll be on-the-go & meeting a wonderful mixed-range of clients across the market, with the opportunity to build & further develop a portfolio of accounts within Grocery, the On-Trade & e-commerce. You\'ll drive profitable results through existing clients & new business & develop a fantastic relationship with relevant internal stakeholders.

You\'ll lead distribution growth within the Grocery & eCommerce New Business agenda and cover all sectors of the market via a formulated strategic plan & increase engagement with new customers. You\'ll work collaboratively with category, logistics and finance to optimise opportunity for success and liaise with key internal stakeholders such as Head of Sales, Sales Director, Marketing, Commercial Finance & the International Team.

In addition to having excellent sales skills with a people-focused approach, you\'ll be able to forecast, track & evaluate progress across all relevant accounts & make well-informed, accurate and timely business decisions that will lead to growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a key sales representative who is eager to grow with a hugely successful business & develop a fantastic sales career within the drinks world!

Requirements

  • Track record of achieving success within a commercial environment
  • Experience of negotiating and running a joint business plan
  • Proven ability to evaluate & utilize sales insight effectively
  • Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer
  • Must have a clean drivers license & eligibility to work in the UK
Salary : \xc2\xa335,000 + Bonus + Incredible Benefits
