Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cladding and facades industry, including building relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support in the development of cladding and facades solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, specifically in the cladding and facades industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
