JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager, Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Electronic Manufacturing Services / Electronics
Based out of Luton in Bedfordshire this is a hybrid role, covering customers across the UK. Initially, you will likely spend time on site, getting to know your colleagues and learning about our products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
\xc2\xb7 Generate a new client base from the ground up using all business development techniques.
\xc2\xb7 Manage your own diary and work without micro-management.
\xc2\xb7 Build your own creation. Your hard work will be reflected in the teams\xe2\x80\x99 results.
\xc2\xb7 Use your product knowledge (that we will develop and hone) to sell our high-quality products and services.
\xc2\xb7 Consult with customers to build and maintain good working relations.
\xc2\xb7 Help us build and maintain a sales CRM system.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Business Development Manager, Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Electronic Manufacturing Services / Electronics
This is an independent role with a high degree of responsibility. Therefore, you will need to be self-motivated and driven to overachieve.
To be successful in this role you will also ideally:
\xc2\xb7 Have a proven track record of hitting targets in a business development role.
\xc2\xb7 Come from a distribution or manufacturing background.
\xc2\xb7 Possess the ability to deal with pressure and remain focused.
\xc2\xb7 Have exposure to electronic component products or wholesale / distribution channels in the electronics industry would be a distinct advantage.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
You will already have the skill and mindset for this role, combined with our product and service training you will have everything you need to succeed.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Area Sales Manager, Account Manage, Sales Executive, Key Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Electronics, Circuit Boards, Electronic Components, PCB, Electronic Distribution, Electronic Wholesale, Electronics Reseller.
