Specialized in providing innovative solutions to businesses in the constantly evolving tech landscape for the past 30 years are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Solutioning Manager to spearhead their business expansion in the Technology and Analytics (AI/ML & Data Science) industry, focusing on the UK and European markets.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and solutioning within the technology and analytics industry. The role will involve strategic initiatives crucial for successful expansion within the UK and European markets.

Working closely with our leadership team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive expansion plan, with the primary focus on driving business growth, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning our company as a leader in the UK tech consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and target key clients in the Technology and Analytics industry across the specified regions.
  • Solutioning and Client Engagement - Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessments of clients\' business requirements, challenges, and pain points. Develop customized solutions showcasing the company\'s capabilities in Technology, Data, AI/ML, and Data Science.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors\' offerings.
  • Navigate regulatory and legal requirements for establishing and operating a business in the UK, working closely with legal advisors to ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of solutioning professionals, fostering excellence and outstanding results.
  • Build a strong, dynamic team of local professionals to support their operations in the UK, oversee talent acquisition efforts, foster a positive work culture, and ensure alignment with the company\'s vision.
The following skills/experience is required:
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales and Solutioning within the Technology and Analytics industry, including experience with new market entry/expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of recent technology trends and a strong understanding of the market landscape.
  • Understanding of recent Technologies: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Cataloguing, Gen-AI, LLM, Computer Vision, Analytics Strategies.
  • High-level understanding of Languages & Analytics Tools: Python, PySpark, SnowFlake, Tableau, Power BI & Data architecture.
  • Brief understanding of cloud technologies: AWS & Azure.
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa3120,000 base + commission (OTE \xc2\xa3250k)
